- [ ] fix config.Load validation

The config.Load() is not validating properly. Fields can be missing from the
config (for example the port option) and we don't get an error for it. In the
tests we have TetsRejectsConfigWithoutDatabase that passes which is confusing.

Maybe we should use a validator library like go-playground/validate which 
seems to be activelly maintained for now.
